In the season finale, “Out to Sea“, Sarah Lynn comes over to Bojack’s house one last time. She tells him that she is leaving for Europe and that she is not sure when she will be back.

The two of them share one last kiss and say goodbye.

Sarah Lynn is not seen again for the rest of the series, but she is mentioned a few times. In the episode “The Kidnapper“, it is revealed that she has relapsed and is using drugs again.

In the episode “That’s Too Much, Man!“, Bojack is seen looking at a picture of Sarah Lynn. He is then seen throwing it away, indicating that he has moved on from her.

Sarah Lynn is a complex character who is struggling with addiction. She is also a victim of child abuse, which is something that Bojack can relate to.
